This is said when the Qudditch World Cup has ended. The Irish won the match, but Viktor Krum had caught the snitch. This was never explained in the movie, but was implied that the Irish won.

A lot of secrets were revealed about Professor Remus John Lupin, such as his connections to Harry's parents, "The Prisoner of Azkaban" Sirius Black and his being a Werewolf.

Sirius is talking to Harry, Ron and Hermione through the fire when he says this, in response to their complaint that Umbridge isn’t letting them practice spells. Hermione then asks if he’s afraid that they’re going to start an army and Sirius replies that that is exactly what Fudge is afraid of. It is probably here that the seeds of Dumbledore’s Army are first sown.

Sirius is played by Gary Oldman.

Harry is at the Headquarters of the Order (Sirius' house) for Christmas when he encounters the house elf, Kreacher, who is always skulking around, muttering about people as if they can't hear him. Having served the Black family all of his life, Kreacher's loyalties lie with those of his dead mistress. He is constantly calling Hermione a Mudblood and calling Sirius (the only member of his family who did not get sorted into Slytherin) a blood traitor. When he passes Harry he mutters this at him and then gets yelled at by Sirius.

Kreacher is voice by Timothy Bateson.

She is a painting who requests the password of anyone who wishes to enter the Gryffindor common room.

The ear works splendidly, with Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Fred and George able to hear what is being said in the meeting. Then Crookshanks, Hermione’s cat, starts to play with the ear, which is dangling from a long string in the most enticing fashion (from a cat’s perspective). The cat manages to separate the ear from the string and takes off with it. A later shot of the cat licking its lips and seeming to burp, leads one to believe that the ear was eaten.

Dame Margaret Smith was born in England in 1934. She appeared in her first film in 1956. She won an Academy Award for Best Actress for "The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie" (1969), and again for Best Supporting Actress for her role in "California Suite"(1978). My personal favorite Maggie Smith performance is in the wonderful 1984 film, "A Private Function".

Harry says this when he is telling Ron that he didn't put his name into the Goblet of Fire. Harry then tells Ron he is being stupid. Ron responds by saying that's him, Harry Potter's stupid friend.

Dobby gave the Gillyweed to Harry in the book. Neville wasn't sure the Gillyweed would work because other Wizards have had controversies over salt water verses fresh water. The Gillyweed worked for Harry in the second task.

Harry reads Ron's paper one day at breakfast and it is The Daily Prophet.
